DESCRIPTION: A.P. Walsh, London, freesprung, keyless lever fusee with wind indicator, 21 jewels, stem wind and set, employing "knock out" keyless work, gilt half plate movement with lever escapement, diamond endstone, free sprung, cut bimetallic balance, with inverted double roller, gold timing screws and duo in uno balance spring, in an 18 karat, yellow gold, plain polished hunting case with London hallmark and date letter for the year 1887, Roman numeral, double sunk, white enamel dial, blued steel spade and whip hands, serial #2122, 52mm, 145.2g TW.
CONDITION: CASE: Waves, cuvette; Fine scratches on outer surface of case; Very fine scratches on inner surface of case; Precious metal content marked. DIAL: Hairline in enamel, light, 6:00, otherwise very good. HANDS: Very good, minor loss to blue on wind indicator hand. MOVEMENT PLATES: Fine scratches on plate. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks) .
